Congratulations Servant Leaders,
We are excited to have you serve as a Children's Defense Fund Ella Baker Trainer! We appreciate your hard work and your ability to serve in this national capacity on behalf of children, families, and communities. Your ability to train and mentor Servant Leader Interns from a diverse array of American communities is crucial to effectively serve and teach children who come to CDF Freedom Schools Program every year.
Many students and educators are returning back to school this month. A majority of the team is either in school, or educating students, leading them to a brighter future. Let us keep them in our thoughts and prayers for a successful school year. Congratulations to all of the 2016 returning trainers.

Being on the Team is a one of a kind experience. You will meet some of the most intelligent, thought provoking, passionate, creative, and funny individuals in your life. What's extraordinary is that despite all of their many talents, they all share the common characteristic of a heart to serve others. Take the opportunity to get to know your fellow trainers outside of the regularly schedule trainings, you may meet a lifelong friend.
